Emerald Cocktail Kitchen, est. 2021, was founded by mother-daughter pair Michele and Nora Roesch. It is located in Syracuse’s historic Irish neighborhood, Tipperary Hill, in the building that held the former George O’Deas Pub. ECK is a three floor & roof top bar and restaurant providing a variety of cocktails, food and experiences to the Central New York area.
